Whether you’re selecting a great resume from a stack of applicants or assessing interviewees to find just the right fit, you have likely developed hiring instincts that help you make these challenging decisions. Often, job seekers aren’t aware of how their resume and interview style is perceived by a potential employer.
Help bridge this gap by providing resume feedback and interview practice to students, recent graduates and alumni transitioning careers. Your professional perspective gained through years of hiring experience could be invaluable to those looking for their next career step in this uniquely challenging environment.
Virtual Resume Reviewers and Prep Interviewers will support several students, recent graduates and alumni through one or more online events. Volunteers must have at least two years’ experience supporting hiring decisions and be able to quickly assess and provide feedback in a virtual environment. Please see the Volunteer Role Description for full details.
