Natasha Jeshani, BA‘05
Natasha Jeshani (BA’05) is the President and CEO of the human resources and recruitment consulting firm Career Contacts and the Founder of the corporate learning and development company Training Arch. In addition, Jeshani is the author of The HR Insider: How to Land Your Dream Job and Keep It. Currently, she is serving her second term as the co-chair for Dress for Success and is on the Board of Directors for the Vancouver International Children’s Festival. As a Global HR and Recruitment Consultant, Natasha holds a Bachelor’s degree from UBC, an HR Management Certificate with distinction from BCIT, and her CPHR.
Lauren Barlow is the Director of Recruitment and Operations at Career Contacts and the Chief Strategist at Training Arch. With a Degree in Business and Entrepreneurship from Columbia College, Lauren partners with organizations to ensure that strong sourcing, screening, and onboarding processes are in place. Lauren currently manages the philanthropic initiatives at Career Contacts, and supports community programs and workshops to advance women in business, create pay equity, and promote a more diverse and inclusive workforce.
