Elena Giorgetti
Elena Giorgetti is an ICF-certified Career and Organizational Coach specializing in career transitions, leadership development, and job search strategy. She runs a boutique coaching practice that supports mid-career professionals and emerging leaders building clarity, confidence, and direction. Combining insight with empathy, she helps clients strengthen their professional brand while navigating interviews and networking conversations with greater strategy and authenticity. Previously, she spent more than a decade at the UBC Sauder School of Business, where she coached students and alumni, taught career development courses, and supported professionals navigating career decisions.
