Exploring career options? Applying for graduate school? Feeling lost about your next steps?
- Follow @ubcsac on Instagram to make sure you don’t miss career events on campus, such as the Spring Career Fair, industry panel events, and Student Alumni Council (SAC) networking nights.
- Apply for graduation by February 28, 2025.
- Before you cross the stage, check out the UBC Career Centre to connect with employers and alumni, build skills through programs and events, and access a wealth of career resources.

March
Review the graduation ceremony instructions for all graduation essentials:
- Get your graduation photos taken — pre-register for a 20 per cent discount!
- Confirm your ceremony time.
- Send graduation ceremony info to your family and friends.

April
Learn about the lifelong alumni services and career support available to you!
- Check out alumni UBC career webcasts. Whether you’re learning how to razzmatazz your résumé or looking to actualize your dream career abroad, you’ll find a webcast to meet your needs.
- Visit the alumni UBC Careers webpage for career resources, access to job boards, and UBC Careers Online.
- Access personalized coaching from a curated group of certified coaches at a discounted alumni rate.

May
Celebrate on graduation day!
- Keep an eye on your email for an exclusive video clip of your stage crossing.
- Come celebrate with family and friends at your alumni welcome reception at the Robert H. Lee Alumni Centre. As a new graduate, you can enjoy complimentary refreshments, take celebratory photos, and find yourself on the interactive alumni wall.
- If you share photos on social media, tag us @alumniUBC — we’d love to see them!

June
Stay connected to the UBC alumni network.
- Mark your calendar to return to campus during Homecoming from September 13 to 20, 2025!
- Download the alumni UBC app to access your exclusive discounts and events.
- Update your address to be informed about UBC programming in your area.
- Connect online by following @alumniUBC on Instagram, participating in the Online Book Club, or joining a global UBC alumni community to interact with alumni in cities around the world.
