Speaker Biographies
Hailey Craig, BA’20
Hailey Craig (BA’20) is the Audience Researcher at the National Gallery in London, UK. In this role, she spearheads qualitative research initiatives across various activities, including overseeing rolling research and product analysis. She is an active member of the Museums and Galleries Insight Consortium, collaborating with other top institutions in London. With over five years of experience in mixed methods research, she has transitioned from working in higher education to her current position in a public-facing institution. She is deeply committed to enhancing educational opportunities for individuals from diverse backgrounds. She holds a Master’s degree in Sociology and Global Change from the University of Edinburgh (’21), and serves as an alumni UBC Global Alumni Ambassador in London.
Dominique Gelineau
With a wealth of experience in esports, technology, and video games, former UBC Okanagan student Dominique Gelineau has become one of the first notable Canadians and women in esports. As a product manager with ESL FACEIT Group, she leads operational and strategic visions for professional esports leagues and events. She launched Canada’s sole franchise in the Call of Duty League and has been one of only five female commentators in Call of Duty esports’ history. After moving to Germany in 2021, she became a trusted expert for game publishers expanding competitive efforts, helped future pros establish life-changing careers, and has given fans reasons and opportunities to be passionate about this entertainment vertical.
Alexander Leung, MM’12
Alexander Leung (MM’12) is an account director at digital marketing and public relations agency Popcorn. As a growth and product marketer for tech and agency industries, he has helped digital agencies across Asia and North America, and assisted tech startups grow from seed to late stages. He currently enables startups, agency clients, and tech companies achieve rapid growth. In addition, he is a Vancouver Asian Film Festival (VAFF) board member and Vancouver Food Bank volunteer. He has lived in Hong Kong, and worked and travelled in Singapore, Tokyo, and San Francisco for startups.

Rob Kim, BSc’98, BEd’00, MET’08
Rob Kim currently works as the Manager, Alumni Career Education for alumni UBC, where he supports career development and programming for alumni. He believes in supporting the learning and development of people through career education. He is a certified CliftonStrengths coach, a professional ICF (International Coaching Federation) Associate Coach, and a proud three-time UBC alum. He was also named a LinkedIn Top Voice for Job Search and Careers.
