Speaker Biographies
Colin Embley, CFP, CIM
Colin has been a financial planner at BMO for more than two years and holds a CFP (Certified Financial Planner) and CIM (Chartered Investment Manager) designation. He has been in the financial industry for 19 years in various sales roles. He graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Commerce with a concentration in finance. Prior to joining BMO, he worked with financial advisors as a regional vice-president of sales for a large investment company. He brings a wealth of experience and passion delivering investment management and financial planning expertise to the clients he serves.
Jason Huang
Jason joined BMO Bank of Montreal in 2014 and became the branch manager at the UBC University Marketplace Branch in 2019. He’s proficient in all aspects of bank management and operation, including account management, customer service, and staff coordination. He led his team in participating in various UBC campus events to help UBC students and alumni make real financial progress.
