Love art? During the annual BUMP Mural Festival, alumni UBC’s Global Alumni Ambassadors in Calgary invite you to enjoy a private 90-minute walking tour with fellow UBC alumni through West Connaught. Discover the stories behind the city’s visually dazzling public art — including pieces by UBC alumni. After the tour, attendees are welcome to continue socializing together along 17th Avenue to keep the vibes alive!

11:00am–1:00pm: tour
1:00pm: optional socializing
The tour will take place primarily in the West Connaught neighbourhood along 17 Ave SW. The precise meeting point will be shared with registered guests closer to the event date.
This event is open to all UBC alumni.
Tickets for a 90-minute mural tour led by BUMP Mural Tours:
- Alumni: $10
- Non-alumni (18+): $15
- Kids (minimum age of 10): $5
Registration is required. Tickets must be purchased by an alum by Friday, August 8, 2025 (or until sold out). Each alum may buy up to three additional tickets.
Guests will be divided into two tour groups based on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please be prepared to walk and stand for approximately 90 minutes.
After the tour, guests can choose to gather with other attendees (at venues to be chosen by the group) for pay-your-own-way socializing.
