alumNIGHTS: Victoria — Cheese tasting
From creamy to crumbly or mild to sharp, how much do you know about the delectable world of cheese? Whether you want to develop an appreciation for these artisanal delights or further enhance your culinary expertise, this event is your chance to learn about the art of cheese tasting from a cheesemonger. L’Apéro Wine and Cheese Bistro co-owner Guillaume Kieffer will guide you through a curated selection of 12 cheeses while teaching essential tasting skills. And you’ll have plenty of opportunities to mix and mingle over refreshments at this flavour-filled evening in downtown Victoria exclusive for UBC alumni.

Tickets: $30, includes a 90-minute cheese-tasting seminar with 12 cheese samples, followed by a socializer with light refreshments. Wine will be available for purchase.
Due to limited capacity, this event is open only to UBC alumni.
