Discover deep relaxation through sound therapy

Feeling overwhelmed or out of balance? For centuries, cultures around the world have harnessed the power of sound for healing and restoration. To learn how to ease anxiety, reduce stress, and nurture well-being, experience an immersive sound-therapy session with UBC alum May Globus, BA’04, founder of otō healing. As a certified sound therapy practitioner, she will gently guide you through this holistic practice using instruments, such as crystal bowls, gongs, drums, rattles, and voice. Escape into a realm of profound relaxation and restoration at this supportive session, rooted — with deep respect — in ancient tradition.
