Harness the transformative power of sport
What happens when athletes and teams go beyond winning at all costs? The love of the game can unleash the power to transform people and communities. While inspiring active lives, sports can transcend divides to amplify social progress, offer youth crucial growth and development opportunities, and much more. At UBC, this approach fuels one of Canada’s most distinguished varsity programs that has not only won numerous national championships and prestigious accolades but is also driven to make a positive impact. Hear from three UBC alumni at the top of their game who will illuminate how sport can shape resilient and thriving societies — and change lives for the better.
UBC is proud to share a multi-faceted partnership with lululemon athletica as the principal training and travel apparel supplier for the UBC Thunderbirds and UBCO Heat varsity teams. As part of this partnership, we are offering an opportunity for alumni to purchase an exclusive UBC lululemon branded item for purchase at this alumni UBC event.
