Named BC Business’ Top 30 under 30 for her leadership in equitable recruitment, Ella Laure Hipolito (BA’15) is a Principal with Boyden executive search. A global search firm with 65 offices in 40 countries, Boyden has been ranked in the top 10 globally by Forbes for many years. Specializing in president and CEO recruitment, she has worked on more than 80 searches to help place leaders in education, the public sector, not-for-profits, healthcare, and more. Vice-Chair of Boyden’s National DEII Committee and involved with Western Canada’s Antiracism and EDI Working Group, she is committed to making recruitment accessible for all.
