Speaker Biography
Trevor Sones
Trevor Sones is an Adjunct Professor of Organizational Behaviour at the UBC Sauder School of Business. He is a leading expert in conflict resolution and communication and has been a full-time practicing professional mediator for 17 years. He has extensive experience in helping parties reach negotiated agreements, solving complex challenges and involving almost every industry in both the private and public sectors across B.C. He is also accomplished in using these same tools to help solve conflicts between people in work settings. He is wonderfully energetic and highly reviewed by program participants who have worked with him across Canada.
