Celebrate the start of the new school year at the 39th annual AMS Welcome Back BBQ, featuring games, bouncy castles, food trucks, music, mocktails and—of course—a free barbecue. Open to all ages.
Homecoming Football Game Presented by Fizz Mobile

Kickoff at 6:00pm
Join thousands of screaming fans as generations of Thunderbirds come together to celebrate at UBC’s largest school spirit event of the year. Enjoy pre-game fun at the Official Homecoming Street Party in the stadium parking lot starting at 4:00pm.

Join the fun at UBC Homecoming with our campus-wide scavenger hunt, open to all alumni and students.

This year’s edition is a little trickier—so bring your best clue-solving skills and choose your path:
🕵️♀️ Fast Track: Be the first to find hidden tickets at each clue location and win instantly!
📸 Chill Track: Visit any clue location, take a photo of yourself there, and DM us to enter the prize draw!
✔️ One location = 1 entry | All 3 locations = 3 entries
💡 Clues will be released on Instagram Stories (@alumniubc) at 10:30am, 11:30am, and 12:30pm on the Saturday of Homecoming (September 20). Follow us and turn on notifications so you don’t miss out!
