2026 UBC Homecoming Scavenger Hunt

The UBC Homecoming Scavenger Hunt has quickly become a Homecoming tradition—and it’s back for its third year! Join students and alumni as you race across campus, solve clues, and compete for some amazing prizes.

Choose your adventure:

🏃 Race Mode
Be the first to find the hidden ticket at each clue location and win instantly! There will be three Race Mode winners—one at each clue location.

📸 Explore Mode
Visit any clue location, take a photo of yourself there, and DM it to us for a chance to win.

• 1 location = 1 entry
• All 3 locations = 3 entries

One Explore Mode winner will be selected after Homecoming.

💡 Clues will be released on Instagram Stories (@alumniUBC) at 10:30am, 11:30am, and 12:30pm. Turn on notifications so you don’t miss a clue!

Prize collection

• Race Mode winners: Pick up your prize at the registration area during Homecoming.
• Explore Mode winner: We’ll contact you after Homecoming to arrange prize delivery.

Please note:

• Race Mode winners are not eligible for the Explore Mode prize draw.
• One prize per friend group—so choose your teammates wisely!
